RAM Atelier, LLC Shipping Policy

If your order was placed before 4pm CST on our website, it is eligible for same-day shipping. All order placed after 4pm CST will be shipped the following day. Our team will inform customers if the processing time has to be extended due to unanticipated delays or product availability issues.

RAM Atelier, LLC typically sends emails to customers to confirm their orders. If you do not receive an email, it is recommended that you check your Spam Folder. Receiving an order confirmation email is important because it contains your tracking information and shipment notification.

If you were offered insurance upon checkout but did not accept it, RAM Atelier, LLC shall not be held responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged package.

International Shipments

While RAM Atelier, LLC can ship internationally, customers should note that they are responsible for any custom clearance charges, handling fees, taxation, duty fees, tariffs, VAT charges, etc., as per their country's requirements for importing consumer goods. Regulatory bodies do not provide us this information beforehand, and we cannot provide an estimate of these costs.
